We were in Lubbock for traveling sports teams and did not realize that i needed a credit or debit card. I thought that had all been done. I had to explain that i only bring cash for these trips and it was late saturday evening so banks were closed. We were all hungry and exhausted. The manager on duty was extremely helpful in helping us figure out a solution quickly. Thank you so very much for all the help. All of the staff we came across at the hotel were friendly. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Thank you MCM for the great experience when all else was a struggle that day.

Although the name implies it's elegant. It's not. Very old. Should be called MCM Ruidoso (Noisy). You can hear ever word spoken in the hallway. Every time a room door closes it makes a loud slamming noise. If you want quiet, don't stay here. The mattress was absolutely horrible. like quick sand. The floor in the entry way and bathroom was very sticky. The only good things I can say about this place are that the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

I live the suites here, very comfortable. Free breakfast w/ omelette bar is a great way to start the day. Everyone is very nice and friendly.

I've stayed in better and I've stayed in worse. The room itself was clean and nice. The hot and air unit was regulated so it stayed in the 70s in our room which I didn't create for because I like to sleep with the room cooler. And the bathroom has some mold/mildew around the bathtub. The bar was great the drinks were awesome. My daughter said the pool was nice warm and clean.
